Standing just over 6 m high, this sculpture is sited at Meadowside Square, at the Glasgow Harbour development next to the River Clyde.

Made of thousands of galvanised steel plates, her majestically spiralling form creates a strong sense of place within the new urban realm of the riverside. Her blade-like wings are provocative of the propellers of the great ships which were once constructed and launched here from the Clyde.

She was officially launched in May 2008.
